We typically process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive an email notification once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking information

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing for international orders.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We want you to love your Beach Fit Fashion pieces as much as we do! If something isn’t quite right, our simple returns process makes it easy to exchange or return your items.

Return Basics

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Required: Your order number must accompany all returns

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Cheeky Coverage Bottoms (due to intimate nature of the product)
  • Bikini Bottoms (for hygiene protection)
  • Bra Sized Swimsuits (if the hygiene seal has been removed)

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate your return by emailing us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship your return to our Bristol facility using a trackable method
  5. Receive confirmation – we’ll email you once we process your return

Return Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was our error
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost returns
  • For international returns (excluding some Asian and remote areas):
    • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
    • Return shipping times vary by location

Refund Information

  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we process your return. Standard shipping rates apply unless your new order qualifies for free shipping ($50+).
