Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. All returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by your order number

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Cheeky Coverage Bottoms (due to intimate nature of the product)
  • Bikini Bottoms (for hygiene protection)
  • Bra Sized Swimsuits (if the hygiene seal has been removed)

These exceptions align with standard swimwear industry practices to ensure customer safety.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship your return to our Bristol facility (address below) using a trackable method

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we process your return. Standard shipping rates apply unless your new order qualifies for free shipping ($50+).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost returns.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

  • Follow the same return process
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
